TEACHER TRAINING

We run trainings with a max of 8 students, for an intimate and engaging learning experience. We have a non dogmatic approach and offer insight on both tradition and contemporary understanding of Yoga. Our teachings are a result of many Yogic traditions, movement and breath disciplines. Our intention is to offer them to you with clarity, and help you find a way to integrate them in your practice and perhaps teaching.
This will be a trasformative experience whether you decide to teach or just deepen your understanding of Yoga.
At the end of this 200 hours Yoga Alliance accredited course you will be able to teach safe and informed classes.
You'll know how to sequence, adjust and hold space for students of different level and abilities. You will have deep insights on the Yoga philosophy and anatomy, allowing for a steady structure and support in your practice and you're student's.
We believe that the Yoga discipline is an act of deep listening, and becoming a teacher means offering others waterfalls of compassion in which you have already bathed yourself.
